This hands-on, interactive workshop will train counselors and other professionals to utilize the True Colors Personality System in the career development process. True Colors is a simple, yet very accurate assessment tool based on the Keirsey temperament theory. Participants will learn to present True Colors and its application in career planning classes, groups, and individual academic and career counseling sessions.

 About the trainers

Carolyn Kalil, MA, CWDP, JCTC, is the author of the best selling career book Follow Your True Colors To The Work You Love. She has been an academic and career counselor at El Camino College for the past 3 years and spent 2 years as the Career Center Coordinator. Carolyn  taught Career Development classes at El Camino for 15 years using her True Colors book and workbook. She has presented workshops around the world for the past 14 years.

Carol Imai is the author of 2 Instructor's Guides - The Workbook for Follow Your True Colors To The Work You Love (for adults) and the True Success workbook (for youth). She has spent the past 30 years as a counselor for Pasadena City College and El Camino College. Carol is very popular among students as a teacher for her career development classes and is in frequent demand from other faculty for her True Colors classroom presentations.
