Her initial work, based on this system, “How to Express Your Natural Skills and Talents in a Career” was published in 1989. It was used by college students to help them make career decisions. She collected enough research to write her second book, “Follow Your True Colors To The Work You Love” which was published in 1998. This book made the best selling career book list soon after being published. In addition to being used in colleges, it is also used in workforce centers, high schools, government agencies, on military bases and many other venues. Her book also includes many applications for improving relationships. Fortune 500 Companies like Cisco Systems and Warner Brothers have used it for managerial training and team building. She consistently receives email testimonials from people sharing how their lives changed after reading this book. Many relationships have been healed and parent-sibling communication has reached new levels of understanding. People learn they no longer have to make others wrong just because they are different.
